Trapped between the worlds of the living and the dead, remnants are a violent memory burned into a space. These remnants may be good or bad, just as in life. But what happens once these memories between worlds are set free? In the paranormal epicenter of Gettysburg PA, wealthy businessman Snap Nimzer invents a new business: "clearing" remnants from our realm with a crew able to "see" these lost souls. All the while just below him, a portal separates the human and remnant worlds. When a professor discovers the portal breached by a new threat -- a serial killing clown -- the group goes on high alert. Snap's team draws ever closer to remnant world to right, re-live, join, or escape the past. But entering this realm between worlds demands the intruder pay a heavy price.

However, he continues to sleep around with women. He once again tries to commit suicide by jumping into the sea but is saved by the locals. His medical report states he doesn’t have the disease anymore. At cinemas, Rushi says to the audience to not do whatever he has done in his life. Hereon, begins the story of Rushi!

An experimental short film

All of Pialat's Turkish films are uniquely interested in the country — especially Istanbul — as it was, not just as it is at the precise moment that Pialat is filming it. History informs these films in a big way, with the voiceover narration (which incorporates excerpts from various authors) introducing tension between the images of the modern-day city and the descriptions of incidents from its long and rich history. Istanbul is probably the most conventional documentary of Pialat's Turkish series, providing a general profile of the titular city, its different neighborhoods, and the different cultures and ways of living that coexist within its sprawling borders. As the other films in the series also suggest, Pialat sees Turkey, and Istanbul in particular, as a junction point between Europe and the East, between the old and the new, between history and modernity.

The stooges are three fish peddlers who, looking for a new business opportunity, open a beauty salon south of the border. Their first customers are some chorus girls from a local night club.
