The movie revolves around a huge transnational drug trafficking transaction. Lei Zhanjun and Lei Zhansheng are twin brothers. The younger brother was involved in a local gang vendetta. He faked his death and had plastic surgery and escaped unscathed, taking away a huge amount of the gang's funds. The elder brother, who did not know the inside story, crossed national borders and chased the murderer thousands of miles away in order to find out the truth about his younger brother's "death".
